3.0 Mechanic Clock-in

The Mechanic Clock In window is for users who have the need for technicians to clock on and off Work Orders on a dedicated terminal in a shop.

For example if a user of Softbase has a dedicated shop with several technicians working in the same area to increase efficiency a central terminal can be used to and clock on and off work orders. The buttons and fields on this form are intentionally bigger to allow users to utilize a touch screen if desired. Bar code readers can also be used in place of a keyboard if desired.

Section: - This is available if you are utilizing the assigned Section functionality 

Dispatched: - List of WO that have been dispatched to the chosen technician 

Past Clock-ins: - List of prior check ins for  chosen technician
