3.0 Create Softbase Mobile User

Setup Mobile:


If a user needs to be setup for dispatch in mobile, then you will want to go into personnel and set up a password and userid for the mechanic. Make sure they have a service van name, are an active employee and a mechanic.

 

Then, in security, go to the internet tab for their user -- ensure that the warehouse is selected and the dispatch name needs to be the same as in personnel setup for the service van name. These must match to tie out in the application.

 

If the mechanic is using mobile they will need service dispatch checked, and then other settings reviewed as needed as well.

 

Once saved, they should be able to login with their credentials to the site.
