Select equipment – You must first select the equipment file you want to set up. Use the magnifying glass to search the database.
Sale Information – These selections should be set up the exact way the work order is to be opened. Select Branch, then select Depart as PM Service, then select Type of Sale as Customer PM.
Ship To Customer – Select the physical location where the equipment is located.
Bill To Customer – Should auto populate based on customer set up but can be changed if necessary.
General Tab
Customer Contact – Enter the name of the person you will be contacting to schedule service on a regular basis
Customer Phone # - Enter the contact number for the person you will need to contact to schedule service on a regular basis.
Sign Up Date and Automatic Open – If you want to use the Auto Open function to open PM’s you will need to mark these fields otherwise that function will not work.
Current WO# and PM WO Currently Open – If there is a PM work order already open prior to setting up a piece of equipment in the PM program you should indicate the work order # and mark the checkbox.
Basic PM Tab
Frequency Days – Enter the frequency such as 30,60, 90
Last PM Labor Date – Enter the last known PM date
Next PM Date – Enter when the PM Service will be due
Labor Charge, Parts Charge, Misc Charge – Any amounts placed here will override entries on a work order as these entries will automatically show up as flat rates when you open the next work order.
Add
Update – If you make any changes after you add it you will use the Update button.
