Apply a Customer Credit to an AR Invoice

1. Accounting > AR Deposits > create Deposit Header, including Check # and Check Amount. For this example, we'll use a Check Amount of $105.19.


2. Double click to add invoice(s) paid with this check.


3. Locate customer credit invoice and double click to add or click once to add to Cash Entry Detail and edit detail.


4. Once the deposit is in balance (check amount = invoice(s) total - credit invoice), you will receive the Post button.
