How to Update the Pick Up/Delivery Dates of a Transportation Record

Once a Unit has been Picked up/Delivered the Transportation Record will need to be updated on the Tracking #. To do this you must be in Edit mode of the Tracking #. Records that show in Red in the Assigned Units data grid have not been updated with an Actual Delivery Date. From the bottom left Assigned Units data grid select one or more records. If only one Transportation Record has been selected the Actual Pickup/Delivery Dates must be updated in the Transportation Record Add/Maintenance section in the middle of the page. If more than one Transportation Record is selected the Actual Pickup and Actual Delivery Dates must be updated by using the Calendar Date/Time pickers in the Assigned Units section. Once the dates are selected use the Check Mark button to update the selected records. 



Once a Transportation record is updated with both the Actual Pickup and Actual Delivery dates the Trans tab on the Equipment record will be updated.
