Parts Program Reference Guide

Setup: For managing the configuration or settings related to parts. This includes groups, warehouses, cross reference, parts kits, FIFO and lost sale reasons.
Transfer: Move parts or their quantities between warehouses or vans.
Price Files: Update parts pricing by importing a provided price file.
Edit Price Files: Look up and modify parts in the inventory based on a price file.
Replenishment: Refill parts in a van or warehouse from a pre-defined supply source. Note, replenishment will bring each part's inventory to the defined van maximum if on hand quantity is below the van minimum.
Purchase Order (PO): Open and manage purchase orders.
Copy Warehouse: Duplicate parts inventory from one warehouse to another.
Month End: Perform the month-end process, including updating statistics and part statuses.
Inventory Counts: Conduct physical or cycle count inventories using the Inventory Count program.
+ Parts: Create or edit part records in the Parts Setup/Inquiry window.
Import: Import parts from a file using a predefined template.
Delete Imported: Remove the last imported parts file.
