1. Locate the open PM work order that is needing PM parts imported, which were previously set up in the PM program.
2. Click "Import PM Parts"
3. Choose the PM type that the PM was initially set up on.
4. Once you choose the PM type from the drop-down menu, the number of parts to be imported will be displayed below the menu. Click "OK" to begin the import process.
5. Each part will need to be assigned to the correct warehouse for inventory allocation. The system will automatically guide you through each part item to select the appropriate warehouse.
6. Once the warehouse is selected, click "OK" to add each part to the work order.
7. Imported part items will appear under the part list. If additional parts are needed, they can be added by entering the part numbers and quantities, then clicking the "Add Parts" button.
