This Report generally calculates via a Dollars Billed / Hours Worked = Effective Rate per Hour.
The Dollars Billed (Actual Billed) is the Labor sold on all Repair Orders that the Technician worked on during that were closed during that time. The Total Dollars Billed also includes Labor for Quotes in addition to the Work Orders.
The Potential Billing is the mechanics time on the work order multiplied by the sell rate. If any work order has a flat rate on it for labor, that amount is used as the amount for actual billed rather than the labor records.
The hours worked is the number of hours the technician has on all Work Orders that were closed in the time period the report was ran for.
The Effective Rate (Average Hourly Rate) is the Actual Billed divided by the hours worked for the Technician and used to give the Dealer an idea how much they are billing per hour for the Technician.
That report will include all invoiced hours in the time frame of the report, including "unbillable" hours if they are getting entered in/invoiced out on a work order in the system.
