3.0 Can I control what kind of equipment users can add?

A permission called “Both Internal and Customer” was added to the Equipment tab in Security to allow a user to add both Customer and Internal Units without having to have the Delete Permission turned on.
When a user sets up permissions for Equipment they now have 3 options to determine what type of units to allow the user to add in Softbase.
1. Add Only Customer Units
2. Add Only Internal Units
3. Both Internal and Customer
Prior to this change the User needed the Delete Permission to add both types of Units but now the Delete Permission is independent of the Add Permission.
If the user had the Delete Permission set to on at the time of upgrading to 3.0.0.463 we would default the radio button to the “Both Internal and Customer” option, otherwise it would stay set as it had been before.
