TVH Integration

The TVH Integration in Softbase allows you to connect your system with TVH, giving you access to their parts catalog and ordering functionality directly from within Softbase. To enable this integration, you’ll need to set up the TVH information for each branch in your system.

Setting Up TVH Information

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Administration
3. Open the Branch program
4. Select a Branch
5. Click Edit
6. Click on the TVH Tab
7. Enter in the TVH Information

Important Notes:

• Request Credentials from TVH, they will provide the credentials and key that need to be entered. Contact TVH directly to request this information.
• TVH Key Required, each branch must have its own TVH key configured for the integration to work.
• Branch-Specific Setup, the setup process must be repeated for every branch that will use the integration.
