eliftruck Integration

Overview

This document will cover information regarding integrating eliftruck with Softbase Evolution.  Eliftruck will handle all integrations and guidance when it comes to pulling data and displaying on their site. 

Requirements

Eliftruck will require the below information for the integration.  

• Softbase Connect API URL 
  • The URL format is generally https://sbconnect.softbasesystems.com/(your company name)connect but if you are unsure of it please reach out to Softbase Support who can assist.  
• Evolution User Credentials
  • The user you provide credentials for must have the appropriate permissions for their assigned role applied for Eliftruck to access the needed data for the integration. The typical permissions needed for this integration are:
    • Data Access > Equipment - To access the listing of Equipment
    • Equipment > Equipment Setups - To get Equipment images. 

  • Additional permissions may be required depending on how you and eliftruck choose to use the data.

• Equipment Setup

  • For equipment to be considered to be sent to eliftruck, the "Include in eliftruck.com Uploads" checkbox must be set on the Equipment page on the Eliftruck tab.  Following that you will work directly with eliftruck on workflows and criteria around how they will pull data.  

  • Additional data you will want to consider populating on equipment so that it is available for eliftruck is outlined below but not limited to that data.
