2. Open "Parts" from General page.
2. Open "Inventory Counts" tab.
3. Enter Inventory ID or select from dropdown.
4. Check this box if you would like to create an Inventory Count using the Multi Bin Entry tab to count parts. If box is unchecked, Single Bin Entry will be used.
5. Select Warehouse from dropdown (up to three warehouses may be selected). Check "Exclude Status 'Delete' With 0 On Hand" box if applicable.
6. Check "Exclude Status 'Delete' With 0 On Hand" box if applicable.
7. Select second Warehouse if applicable. Check "Exclude Status 'Changed' With 0 On Hand" box if applicable.
8. Select third Warehouse if applicable. Check "Exclude Bin 'New' With 0 On Hand" if applicable.
9. Click Capture. Inventory List will populate - do not make changes to bin locations or add parts until all posting of inventory has been completed.
10. Check this box if applicable.
11. Enter date of last Cycle Count.
