3.0 How can I tell what customers are set up to get statements?

If you would like to see which customers are currently set up to receive statements, you can run the Customer List report (found under the reports tab) and export the report to excel.

Within excel, the statements column will denote whether the customer is set up to receive statements or not.  A "0" value will denote they are not flagged to receive a statements whereas a "-1" means they are flagged to receive statements.
