Please note that depending on your user permissions, you may need to contact a Softbase administrator at your company to perform the reset.
In order to reset your technician’s password in Softbase by following these steps, navigate to User Management > User and locate the user that needs to have their password reset. Click on the Gear icon > Edit.
When the user profile opens, you can update the password as needed and choose save to reset it for the user to login.
