The Record360 app is a mobile and cloud-based inspection platform that helps manage asset condition documentation, particularly for vehicle and equipment rentals, and helps prevent damage disputes. This app is integrated with Softbase Evolution. Once a username and password are entered, images can be loaded into the Work Order in Evolution using the Record360 tab. These images are also saved to Equipment record as well.
Company Setup
Check the 'User Record360' checkbox and insert your credentials provided by the Record360 team.
The Unit # used in Record360 is equivalent to the Serial # in Evolution.
Once a task or inspection is completed in Record360, the images can be loaded into the Work Order on the Record360 tab, provided that the matching serial number is saved on the Service1 tab of the Work Order.
To load images, videos, signatures, and rental contract PDFs, go to the Record360 tab in Evolution.
- Click the Load button to retrieve all images from Record360 based on the serial number. Once loaded, the files will appear in the bottom left under their respective tabs: Images, Videos, Signatures, and Other.
- Click a File to select it. The + button will enable.
- To add the image to the Work Order click the + button. When the plus button is clicked, the image will be attached to the Work Order.
- Once the images are added the become visible in the File Name drop down field. When selected from this dropdown the preview of the image is available to the right.
Images added on the Record360 tab are also visible on the Work Order Documents tab and the Equipment Photo tab.
Images deleted from the Record360 tab are removed from both the Work Order Documents tab and the Equipment Photo tab.
Images deleted from the Work Order Documents tab do not affect the Equipment Photo tab.
Images deleted from the Equipment Photo tab do not affect the Work Order Documents tab.
