When a technician generates a time card from the mobile application, it is automatically sent to the Document Center within Softbase Evolution. This allows office staff to access and process time cards efficiently.
Accessing Time Cards in the Document Center
- Navigate to General > Document Center.
- Click on the Mechanic tab.
- A list of time cards submitted by technicians will be displayed.
Viewing and Processing Time Cards
- To view a time card, click on the Preview button next to the corresponding line.
- To mark a time card as processed:
- Click on the gear icon next to the desired time card.
- Select "Check Processed Labor Ticket" to mark it as processed.
- The system will update the status accordingly.
Filtering Processed Time Cards
- To filter the view and display only processed time cards, check the "Processed Ticket" checkbox.
- This will update the list to show only time cards that have been marked as processed.
