Permissions for Softbase Service

Doc Center

• Add Mechanic Docs
  • This allows the ability to submit Time Cards
• Delete Mechanic Docs
  • This allows the ability to removed a time card from the system for a specific date in order to submit a new time card for that specified date
• Add Equipment Docs
  • This allows the ability to attach pictures/documents to the equipment record
• Add WO/Invoice Docs
  • This allows the ability to attach pictures/documents to the work order in the system for either internal or external use
• Document Center
  • This grants access to the document center program in order to use the above listed functions

Invoice

• Invoice Functions
  • This grants access to the invoicing program in order to use the below listed functions
• Open Order
  • This allows the ability to create a new work order for additional work 
• Open PM's
  • This allows the ability to create a new work order/quote for additional work within the PM department
• Update Header
  • This allows the ability to update items on the work order such as status, mileage, comments.

Internet

Technician

• Branch - Required 
• AR Inquiry
• Equipment Setup - Required to add/update informatiom
• Update Equipment Meter Reading - Allows access to meter update program on menu to add a meter reading for any serial number
• Invoicing Functions
  • Labor Add - Required to Auto Import Labor
  • Open Quote Only - Turn this on if you only want users to be able to create Quotes from the Mobile App.   
  • Delete Invoicing Docs - remove images from work order
