Enhancement
Account Reconciliation
A new control was added to prevent users from updating the first created reconciliation with a Statement Date lower than the Account reconciliation Start Date. Users will be prompted with the message: Statement date cannot be less than the Account Reconciliation start date.
Invoicing
The Delete invoice function has been updated to block the deletion of invoices that have details or deposits. Users are now prompted with the message: The document you are trying to remove has details or deposits on it. Unable to remove the Document [Document #].
The confirmation message displayed when attempting to remove a Rental item has been modified: Are you sure you want to remove the selected Rental entry?.
Parts
From the Parts main page, users can now open Part details in a new tab using Ctrl + Left Click or Right Click > Open in the new tab. Default behavior (opening in the same tab) remains unchanged.
Equipment
The Change function now handles scenarios where Serial #s are tied to PM Parts:
Users are prompted with a message if Serial #s that are merged are sharing the same PM Parts: Unable to merge the Serial #s. Both items share the same PM parts configuration. Please modify the PM parts setup before attempting to merge.
In case two Serial #s that exist with a PM and/or PM Parts, and the user changes Old Serial into New Serial, PM Parts from New Serial will remain, and the ones from Old Serial will be removed so they were not orphaned.
If Old Serial has PM and/or PM Parts but New Serial didn't have a PM setup then the PM and PM Parts record on Old Serial will be updated on New Serial.
Serial # field in the Change and Replicate functions was updated so values are typed in with upper case.
Invoice Report
The report now uses Letter format to provide additional space.
Full Part # values (including aliases) are displayed without truncation.
The header for Rental items is now always displayed.
The "Repeat Equip Heading" option under the Invoice Design Option was updated to control whether to display the header for all Equipment items or just the first one of the row.
The asterisk was removed under the Invoice # barcode to prevent scanning issues.
$0.00 labor now appear only when Internal Copy is enabled.
PM Parts set as required are now printed on invoices that have the Internal Copy option checked.
Labor Hours and Labor Rate values printed in the report are now properly displayed when the Labor Breakdown option in the Invoice Design Option is checked. Note this configuration is related to other design options that might be visualizing the value in a different way.
Some adjustments were made to print the Disclaimer and Totals in the first page when there is plenty of room for it.
AR Deposit
New controls have been added to avoid deposits being posted with missing details.
CRM
Leads
The Description parameter has been updated to allow up to 5000 characters. Once the limit is reached, users will be prompted with a message below the field: Limit of 5000 characters was reached.
The Assignee filter on the Lead main page has been enhanced to display the assignees in alphanumeric order.
Reports
The Parts Sales by Warehouse report under the Part group has been enhanced:
A new required parameter was added so users can filter the report by Parts Group.
Users can see a new column in the printed report: Parts Group.
The Sales Tax Summary Absolute report under the Accounting group was updated so users can see the Tax Code number instead of the Tax Code Description.
The following reports have been discontinued:

Reports > Sales > Zip Code by Sales Territory
Reports > Sales > Zip Code by Allied Territory
Reports > Sales > Sales Person by Zip Code
Integrations
The Plaid Integration was updated to support additional banks that were passing in unknown/blank data.
Issues
Quote Management
An incorrect message about concurrency displaying when moving cards across the Kanban has been resolved.
Account Reconciliation
The internal server error message when adding more transactions after the Statement Date in the first reconciliation has been resolved.
PM
An issue where the Update button in the Misc tab wasn’t enabled after changing the Amount field has been resolved.
Invoicing
An issue where miscellaneous charges were not displayed in invoices when the associated Sale Code had been removed has been resolved.
The issue that was preventing the user from opening a document due to credit approval has been resolved.
Purchase Order
Internal PO report
An issue where a letter was incorrectly appended to the PO number when scanning the barcode has been addressed.
AP Invoice
An issue where the Apply To Invoice field wasn’t correctly set for each distribution in an AP invoice entry has been resolved.
Equipment
The Change function no longer treats serial numbers as case-sensitive during a merge. Also, an issue when merging serial numbers containing a “/” has been resolved.
Advanced Equipment Search
The Copy button now correctly retrieves Unit and Serial # values.
Print Final Invoice
The Complete button is now enabled regardless of whether records are selected via checkboxes or row selection.
Dispatch
An incorrect behavior when checking/unchecking items in the Not Dispatched tab using checkboxes or row clicks has been resolved.
AP Payment
The issue with incorrect posting logic to the general ledger, occurring when using Manual Payment with an “Apply To Invoice” that references two AP Invoices, has been resolved.
