Enhancements

Invoice Register

  • The following fields have been updated to support wildcard (%) searches. Users can now perform more flexible searches using the % symbol to match values that start with, end with, or contain specific text. By default, the system will continue to perform exact matches unless a wildcard is explicitly used in the search input.

    • Unit #

    • Associated #

    • Rental #

    • PO #

    • Ship To Name

Invoicing

  • The Order Detail box in the invoice header has been updated to display the "Comments to display when servicing” value of the Serial # entered in the Invoice Creation or in the Service 1 tab.

  • Users have the ability to type in a value in the Ship Via and F.O.B fields under the Add’l Info tab.

Dispatch

  • The Copy All Dispatch function has been enhanced to generate an excel with all items in the All tab based on the filters applied in the Dispatch header.

AR Statement

  • The calculation logic for the Aging table at the bottom of the statement has been enhanced. It now accurately accounts for invoices that include multiple lines such as Invoices, Payments, Adjustments, or Credits. Previously, these scenarios were handled using a different logic, which could lead to inconsistencies.

  • Subtotals per month have been updated to consider Deposit lines in the calculation logic.

AP Inquiry

  • The Copy function has been enhanced to ensure pasted information into an Excel file is properly displayed.

Purchase Order

  • The Generate button in the Auto Stock tab has been improved to avoid users double clicking the button while the process is ongoing.

Equipment

  • The Attached to Serial # functionality previously found under the Spec tab has been relocated to a new tab called Attachments. This change allows users to manage attachments, regardless of the unit type associated with the unit.

  • New logic has been added to control concurrency scenarios that might happen if a user is editing a unit at the time it is being invoiced.

Parts

  • To prevent errors when accessing nested tabs, these tabs will now be temporarily disabled while the Part header information is loading. This ensures users don’t encounter issues caused by interacting with the page while data requests are still in progress.

  • Some validations were added to the Part Month End process to make sure it is executed on the date it was specified in the configured CRON expression. A bypass was added to the validation to allow manual execution if needed.

Customer

  • The Web Page (URL) field under the Web/Email tab has been updated to allow up to 100 characters. If the limit is reached, then the user will be notified: Limit of 100 characters was reached and the ability to type in or paste a value will be locked.

Department

  • The Update Department function has been enhanced to ensure the following fields are displaying the correct values if they were updated in another process at the time the Department record is being saved:

    • Next Quote #

    • Next Invoice #

    • Next PO #

    • Next Rental Contract #

Reports

  • The Depreciation report under the Accounting group has been updated to ensure the payment amount is correctly calculated. Calculation is made following the function: (Starting Value - Residual Value)/Total Month.

  • The Parts Inventory Valuation FIFO report has been removed from the available reports in the Part group.

  • The AP Aging Summary report under the AP group has been updated to filter by Effective Date instead of Invoice Date.

CRM

Accounts

  • The WIP tab in the Account detail has been updated to filter the grid by Ship To instead of Bill To.

Leads

  • A new logic has been added to ensure that all Activities created for a Lead are now saved using the user’s local time zone.
