Equipment
The internal error users were facing when using the Change # function has been addressed.
Purchase Order
The Demand box/graph from Purchase Order has been fixed to match the Demand graph on the Demand tab on the Part record.
Parts
The sorting by Quantity in the Part Search modal has been fixed. Users can now sort the Quantity column ascending and descending.
Transferring partial quantities is now possible from the Transfer program.
The error users were facing when making a transfer due to an inactive inventory account has been addressed. The Transfer process will search for an account in the Parts Group first. In case no value is set there, then the system will use the inventory account setup at the Warehouse level.
Invoicing
The issue that was printing documents with $0.00 as Credit has been fixed. The title of the document will change from "Order" to “Invoice”.
Misc. lines are split in the Account Distribution modal if the GM Serial # tied to them has a different Control #.
Serial #s tied to a work order being credited or invoiced are now properly updated.
Misc. markup is now applied to the Sell Price when manually adding a Misc. Charge to a Work Order with a Cost and Mark Up Percentage on the Sale Code.
The mismatch between the AR Term specified in the Invoice Header vs the Invoice Preview has been fixed.
Invoice Date is properly displayed now in the Review page.
AP Invoice Entry
An issue that was not displaying the Total Amount properly in the PO Import tab when checking/unchecking records on the grid has been fixed.
The issue that was not keeping the GL account selected for Credit Card Payment if the Vendor has more than one GL account setup has been resolved.
Company
AP Check Format
Company City, State and Zip Code are now properly displayed when the configuration is set to print company address.
Invoice Change
The Bill Trust flag is now properly updated when users change the PO for a work order.
The issue when using the Enter key when trying to do a line return in the Comment field has been fixed.
Reports
The Rental Utilization MTD 4 Week Report within the Rental group has been fixed due to issues users are facing when making a division by zero. The report was updated to the latest updates from 3.0.
The Profit & Loss by Branch report within the Financial group has been updated due to issues when printing the totals.
The Sales Tax Summary - Standard Tax Code report within the Accounting group has been fixed due to issues printing data out of the date range specified. This report will no longer require the Opportunity permission.
Enhancements
AP Payment
A validation has been added for the Manual Payment and Manual Check sections to control whether the Check #/EFT # being used by the user is already saved in the system for another transaction. Users can see the following message:
The check number [Check #] already exists. Please use a unique number.
The EFT number [EFT #] already exists. Please use a unique number.
Equipment
The (Retail List) Comments field has been enhanced to allow up to 1024 characters. When the limit has reached, users will see a red message below the field: Limit of 1024 characters was reached. This enhancement impacts not only in manual creation but the Import Equipment function.
Invoicing
The Quote to Order and Quote to Existing Order functionalities have been enhanced. Users now have the flexibility to choose whether to include Quote Sections when quoting to a new order or an existing one.
Users can now import PM parts to the same work order or subsequent work orders multiple times.
AP Inquiry
The response time for retrieving invoices for a Vendor have been enhanced.
Customer
The Update Ship To’s button has been moved to the Customer Header instead of in the Rates and Parts tabs.
Parts
Users can print and preview the Count and Value Variance report on a Posted Inventory Count.
The Post button in the Inventory Count section has been enhanced to not allow users to double click it. This will avoid duplicated records being saved in the system.
Activity
The Activity Notes parameter in the Activity Trigger Creation and Manual Activity Creation pages has been enhanced to allow up to 8000 characters. Users will see a red message below the field when the limit has reached: Limit of 8000 characters was reached.
Reports
The Sales Report By Branch within the Accounting group has been enhanced:
Account Number column labeled as: Account Number (Sale).
The Account # and Summary values are now split into two sections: Sales and Costs.
Sales Section:
List all GL Account type Sales + the summary.
Sales Total: The sum of the summary.
Costs Section:
List all GL Account type Cost of Sale + the summary.
Cost Total: The sum of the summary.
Gross Profit: Sales - Cost Of Sales.
Gross Profit %: (Sales - Cost Of Sales) / Sales.
Total Gross Profit.
Total Gross Profit %.
The Labor Report By Date Range within the Service group has been enhanced:
Users can see an Export function to download the report in Excel and CSV format.
A new report parameter has been added: Branch. Users will be able to filter the report by All branches or a specific branch.
