Issues Resolved


  • The Sending Email function across the product has been updated to address an issue with the Reply-To parameter. Emails sent from the system will now display the correct Reply-To value.

Parts

  • The issue that was not populating the Wholesale Price and the Master Part # fields properly when creating a part from Price File has been addressed. This includes the creation flows from Invoicing and Part submodules.

  • Price value is now properly displayed when selecting a Customer from the Recent Customer selector in the Pricing/Qty tab.

Print Final Invoice

  • The TMHU Export function was updated due to several issues with incorrect values when exporting the file.

Department

  • The issue that was displaying NaN value for specific account fields due to incorrect handling of the data type has been addressed. Users can see the correct value when populating it from the search option.

Journal Entry

Depreciation Setup

  • Users can now handle serial # with special characters when setting up depreciation.

  • Unit # and Control # parameters display properly the values based on the Serial #.

Invoicing

  • The Sections step when converting quotes has been enhanced to control those items in a quote with no sections. Users will see the Blank checkbox to decide whether to include them or not in the destination order. In addition to this enhancement, if users unselect all sections, all items will be created in the destination order.

  • The Back Order  workflow in the Quote Conversion process was updated to take into account the new Section logic.

  • New controls have been added to various document creation flows in the product to ensure users no longer encounter the error message: "The next document # is already on file. Unable to open document”.

  • Users can now see missing values in the Service 1 tab for Warranty Dates. 

  • The issue that was preventing the user from closing an invoice due to the Flat Rate comment being longer than comment allowed in Equipment History has been solved.

  • An incorrect rounding for the Sell Rate that was causing unexpected amounts has been addressed. 

Equipment

  • The data type for the Lease Term field was updated. This change will allow users to properly value that parameter. Additionally, the Import Equipment function has been enhanced to fully support the new data type.

Purchase Order

  • The Toyota PO Export function was updated due to an issue exporting the quantity for negative value.

Dispatch

  • The issue that was removing the values for the Scheduled Date/Time parameters when setting others has been fixed.

Reports

  • The timeout users were facing when running the Parts Inventory Valuation Summary by Warehouse report within the Part group has been addressed. 

  • The Equipment History by Bill To report  and the Equipment History by Serial # reports within the Service group have been updated due to issues printing information out of the date range provided. Additionally, some missing logic for printing information was covered. 

  • The following reports within the Rental group have been fixed due to an issue when dividing by zero:

    • Rental Utilization ITD.

    • Rental Utilization ITD by Model Group.

    • Rental Utilization YTD - Four Week.




Enhancements

Purchase Order 

  • Users have the ability to split BO:

    • Split BO option will be enabled once a partial receive action is done for the selected part.

    • A message is promoted to confirm the action: "You are about to split the selected backorder.  Doing this will move the un-received product to a new backorder line.  Do you wish to continue?”

    • When confirming the split action:

      • A new WO Part record is created in the WO associated with the part being split covering the remaining BO quantity.

      • The WO Part that already existed in the WO is no longer a BO and quantity is updated by the partial received one.

      • A new BO record is created in the BO tab in Purchase Order with the remaining qty to receive.

Invoicing

  • A new logic has been added to the invoice creation process to update the Salesman parameter when:

    • The invoice type is PM or PMR.

    • The document has a serial # set and it has a PM record configured.

    • The PM record must not be cancelled. 

Quote Management

  • By double clicking a card, users are taken to a new tab to see the quote details.

Parts

Transfer

  • The Transfer Id is now in read only to avoid users to change the automatic id that is pulled up. 

PM

  • Current WO # parameter was improved to only be updated with open documents.

CRM

  • All actions in the CRM that send emails are now controlled by a permission under the Administration group in CRM: Send Email Notifications. If the permission is on, users will receive email notification otherwise they should not. The permission is off by default.
    Below is a list of the functions affected:
    Activities

    • Create a new Activity by Lead.

    • Update activity by lead.

    • Create a new Activity by Account.

    • Update activity by Account

    Opportunities 

  • Create a new opportunity.

  • Add a new activity to the opportunity.

    Leads

  • Create a new lead.

  • Add a new activity to an existing lead.

  • Assign a user to an existing lead.

    Accounts

  • Create a new Customer.

  • Assign a new user to an existing customer.

  • Add a new activity to an existing customer.
