Enhancement 

New authentication method

  • Added support for Microsoft Entra authentication. Tenants with this feature enabled can set up their users to use Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft Entra instead of standard Evolution credentials.

  • Users with the SSO option enabled, will not be able to use the Reset Password, Update Password and 2FA functions provided in Evolution as that will be handled within Entra as the SSO provider.  


AP Payment

  • Users can now export a NACHA file from the Auto Check process to handle ACH Payments when paying Vendors.

    • Updates on the Vendor and Chart of Account page have been made to add Banking Information to support this feature.  

Vendor

  • The Vendor setup page has been reorganized to improve layout and usability, providing a clearer and more efficient user experience.

  • New parameters have been added to manage banking information: Routing Number, Bank Account Number, and Account Type. 


Chart of Account

  • The COA setup page has been reorganized to improve layout and usability, providing a clearer and more efficient user experience.

  • New parameters have been added to manage banking information: Company ID, Company Name, Bank Name, Immediate Origin Name, Originating Bank’s Routing Number, and Bank Account Number.


PM

  • The Auto Open PM process and manual PM Work Order creation now fully support Secondary PM logic.

  • Users can now add a Secondary PM during the invoice creation process. 

  • The PM invoice workflow has been updated to ensure accurate synchronization of the related PM Serial # when Secondary PMs are included.


Invoicing

Invoice Report

  • Sections within the Invoice Report are now sorted in alphanumeric (natural order), and ascending order. Details with no sections assigned will remain below all Sections.

  • Work order details are printed following the same default order each of the tabs have on the Invoicing Page: Parts, Misc, Labor, Equip, Rental, and Flat Rate.

  • The Model Year is now displayed for equipment no matter the Unit Type used on each of them.

  • Serial # value is fully printed in the report details.


GL Inquiry - AR Details

  • Applying an immediate form of payment to an invoice with deposits on it is written properly to the GL and AR Details.  The logic is the Total of the Work Order Invoice minus the Deposit.


CRM

  • The Invoice Tab displays invoices by default when loading the page.  

  • Users can now view the contact information associated with an Account directly within the Opportunity detail page.

  • Users can now view contact information within the Activity Detail. 

    • If the Activity is linked to an Opportunity or Account, the contact information is retrieved from the related Account..

    • If the Activity is linked to a Lead, the contact information is retrieved from the related Lead.

  • Added a new parameter Description to the export options for Accounts, Opportunities, and Leads.

  • Added a new section in the Administration page to manage Products in the CRM.

  • Users can now identify which products an Account or Lead purchases using the new Product field in the Account and Lead setup pages.

  • The Account/Lead selector has been updated to display the Customer Address information.

  • After creating or editing a new Account or Lead, users now remain on the creation/edit page instead of being redirected to the Account or Lead Search Datagrid.


Reports

  • The AR Aging Detail and AR Aging Detail (Invoice Date) reports have been enhanced with a new parameter that allows users to choose whether to include Invoice Comments in the report output. Additionally, the CSV and Excel export formats have been updated to include this information when selected.


Issues Resolved 

GL Inquiry

  • The issue that was incorrectly crediting/debiting the Accrual and WIP accounts for Misc Items received on a PO tied to a document has been resolved.


AR Statement - Automated AR Statement

  • Resolved an issue where the As of Date on emailed AR Statements was not displaying correctly due to time zone discrepancies.


Purchase Order

  • Parts that are on an open backorder and then moved to a new Work Order at the time of  the invoicing process are now correctly updated and when received on the Purchase Order will fill to the new Work Order.


Customer

  • Resolved an issue that was not writing to the Sales table the details needed after importing Customers.


Reports

  • Resolved an issue in the Sales Person Commission Invoice Paid report where invoices that are not part of the date range provided were printed.
