Enhancements

Equipment

• A new Unit Type of “Truck” is now available. It can be selected when creating new Equipment records, setting up new Models, and as search criteria in Equipment Search.

Invoicing

• Users with access to Company setup now have an option to choose whether a Reference Number is required for invoices. Additionally, if this setting is applied, users in Invoicing will now be prompted to enter a Reference Number on documents with AR Term set to COD.

• Rental items on the invoice report now display in the same order as they were entered in the rental tab.

• An issue was resolved where posting could fail if a transaction contained a non-numeric value for a Sales Tax Account. The system now correctly supports Alpha-Numeric values.

Invoice Design Options

• A new ‘Repeat Rental Heading’ option has been added to the Invoice Design settings. When unchecked, all rental items will share one header, but when checked, each rental item will print with its own header.

Print Final

• When an invoice is set up with a Finance customer, that customer now correctly appears as the Bill To customer on the Print Final screen.

Issues Resolved

Invoicing 

• When the Consolidate Labor checkbox in Invoice Print Options is checked, Flat Rate and Regular labor consolidate regardless of Sale Code.

• An adjustment has been made so that long Tax Codes and their Rates print correctly on the Invoice Report.

• When ‘Internal Copy’ is selected from Invoice Print Options the Invoice report now prints labor hours and labor dates. 

• When ‘Show Labor Breakdown’ is selected from Invoice Print Options labor hours are now reflected accurately when more than 1 decimal place is utilized.

• Rental History is now being written correctly on initial invoices.

• Additional descriptions for Misc charges from the Invoicing program now print in a format that is consistent with the rest of the invoice report.

Reports

• Performance improvements have been applied to the Equipment > Units Sold on Floor Plan report to prevent timeouts.

• The Rental Loan Agreement report has been revised for improved readability.
