Enhancements 

Dispatch Page

• Additional Filters were added at the top of the page to search by Customer Name or any portion of the Address to filter the Dispatch Page
  • There is a righ arrow button that is used to perform the search.  
  • There is a Reset button at the top of the page that allows you to reset the default values of the filters.  

Work Order - Clock On

• The Clock On button was updated to identify if the user is currently clocked onto a different Work Order than what they are attempting to clock into.  When that happens now they will be prompted if they want to clock in to the new Work Order and off the previous Work Order.  They can choose to do that or not clock into the new Work Order.  

Work Order - Creation

• A message was added to notify when you attempt to create a Work Order or Quote with an invalid Serial Number.  When that happens you will be notified the Serial Number must be updated to allow for that as Softbase Evolution doesn't allow invalid Serial Numbers when creating a Work Order.  

Issues Resolved

• Adding labor entries will no longer set the end date to one minute prior to the time that was entered as the ending date and time.  
• Additional updates were made to ensure that the AM and PM values of labor entries display correctly.  
• The Ship To Address on the Work Order Page was updated to prevent the phone number from overlapping the terms when all Ship To Address fields were populated on the Work Order. 
• Images with a space in the filename will now be attached to the Work Order.
