Give Your Customers 24/7 Access to the Information That Matters Most


The Softbase Evolution Customer Portal is a powerful online tool that allows your dealership’s customers to securely view and interact with their account information. From reviewing open work orders to accessing equipment service history and downloading invoices, this portal delivers real-time visibility while reducing the burden on your internal team.


Login & Permissions

You as the dealer can easily set up portal users and assign them to the correct customer accounts from within the Evolution Business System.


Access permissions can be configured per user to control which pages they can view.


Equipment Page

Customers can view a full list of equipment recorded as Customer-Owned where the Customer Number matches the logged-in user’s account.


Clicking on a unit provides access to the associated Work Orders, pulled using the Serial Number field from the Work Order’s Service tab.


Open Orders Page

Displays all open Work Orders where the Bill Customer matches the logged-in user’s Customer Number.


Gives customers visibility into current and in-progress service activities.


Invoiced Orders Page

Shows all invoiced Work Orders tied to the user’s account.

Invoice preview and download option.


Optional Pay Now button (when integrated with PayJunction) to allow online payment via credit card.
