Modified on Wed, 28 May at 7:58 AM

Overview

This article provides an overview of how to refresh the cache in Excel that is used when loading data from an Odata Query.  This may be required to do when the Odata structure has been updated in a Softbase Release and you are pulling data from an Odata End Point that was updated and not returning data.

Steps

Go to Data -> Get Data - > Query Options

Once you have opened up Query Options choose Data Load, then go to Data Cache Management Options and choose the Clear Cache Button then attempt to refresh your Excel Spreadsheet again.
