There are two primary ways to look up equipment units that belong to a specific customer:
1) Using the Customer Profile Program
Navigate to General > Customer Profile and enter the Customer # you are searching for.
Under the Equipment tab, you’ll find a complete list of all equipment units owned by that customer.
2) Using the Advanced Search Feature in the Equipment Program
To view customer-owned equipment units, follow these steps:
- Open the Equipment Program.
- Click on the “Advanced Search” button.
- Check the “Customer Inventory” checkbox.
- Enter the Customer # in the designated field and click Search.
- This will display all equipment units owned by the specific customer in the grid below.
For a more detailed view:
- Click the “Copy” button to copy the grid data.
- Paste the data into Excel for further analysis or expanded viewing.
Benefits of Each Method:
- The Customer Profile program provides an expanded view, displaying up to 500 items at once.
- The Advanced Search method allows for more detailed filtering, such as by Make, Model, Serial #, Control #, and more. Additionally, you can copy the grid listing and paste it into Excel if needed.
