1. To add a part to a warehouse from an existing Part Pricing File while in a work order, follow these steps:
- Select the Warehouse: Choose the specific warehouse where the part record needs to be added.
2. Click the "Enter Part #" field and enter the part number.
3. Once the part number is recognized from an existing Part Price File the Price File button will become available.
4. Click "Price File".
5. Select the correct supplier and part number.
6. Click "OK".
7. A prompt will appear to ensure you want to add the selected part number to the selected warehouse, click "Yes" if all information is correct.
8. Click the "Quantity" field and enter the quantity.
9. Click "Add Parts Entry" to add the part to the document.
