1. In the Purchase Order program, click "+ Purchase Orders"
2. Click the magnifying glass next to the Purchase Orders field.
3. Enter your Vendor # in this field or utilize the magnifying glass to search for the correct Vendor #.
4. Once the correct Vendor # is entered, all open PO numbers associated with that vendor will populate. Simply double-click any PO number for the populated list to review its details and make any necessary changes or updates.
5. To show closed PO's, click "Show Closed PO's". Once selected, the list of closed PO's will populate. You can then double-click any PO from the list to view in the Purchase Order program to review the details.
