Issues Resolved


Invoicing

  • The issue that was incorrectly combining cost values when adding two similar parts in the Part tab has been resolved. 

  • The issue with setting quantities for Core Part numbers has been resolved. Now, when Core Part numbers are added, their quantities are set accurately. Additionally, users have the flexibility to edit Core Part details.

  • Misc charges are properly displayed now after redirecting the user from the Purchase Order page.

Invoice Register Inquiry

  • The issue that was displaying the calendar behind the modal has been addressed. 

AR Inquiry

  • The Customer # field is auto-populated correctly when searching by an Invoice that is setup with a Financed Customer.

Journal Entry

  • The missing Straight Line parameter in the Depreciation Setup page is now displayed correctly.

AP Payment

  • The error message displayed on the report when printing remits has been addressed. 

  • The order in the Check Run report has been updated to resolve issues related to sorting Vendor Names with special characters. 

AP Invoice Entry

  • The duplicated AP Voucher details displayed when making a sorting action have been solved.


Enhancements

Invoicing

  • The Account Distribution is now printed in the invoice report if the Internal Copy and Accounting Format options are checked on the Invoice Print Options page.

  • The Close Invoice process has been updated to not allow users to close invoices with pending labors to import. Based on a new setup on the Company page: "Require Labor Import to Invoice”, users will be prompted with a more restrictive modal if that option is set to true, preventing them from closing the invoice. 

  • Users can set a Finance Customer on the Invoice Creation page. A new tab has been added to control the financed company details. 

Dispatch

  • Users can make searches on the Dispatch main page by Document #, allowing for quick access to specific documents. 

Equipment

  • The Change functionality has been updated with a new parameter. Users can now specify a New Control # value for the new serial # being merged. Users can now decide whether to update the GL details record of the original Control # to the New Control # by checking the "Update GL with new Control Number” checkbox. 

AP Payment

  • The auto-check posting process has been enhanced to address previous performance issues. Now, when a post action is requested, the process runs in the background, allowing users to continue working without interruption. Users receive a notification once the process is complete.

Reports

  • The Commission by Salesperson report in the Accounting group has been updated. 

    • Invoices are now grouped by Invoice # within each Salesperson/Department GP.

    • GL #, Description, Unit #, and Comm % will be blank for those grouped.

    • GL Amount and Comm Due are now summed.

    • A page break is inserted after each Salesperson.
