Issues Resolved 


Invoicing

  • Parts added to a document are sorted automatically by the order of entry.

  • The Import Labor button on the Labor tab has been improved to better manage rapid user clicks, preventing labor entries from being imported twice.

  • The issue that was not displaying properly the Serial # values in the Serial # selector based on the Unit # selected in Service 1 tab and Invoice Creation page has been addressed.

  • Unit # selector is displaying correct values when the Ship To value changed via search option in Invoice Creation page.

AP Invoice Entry

  • Due Date and Discount Date fields are now properly set when users import invoices from TrinDocs.

Reports

  • The PM List by Due Date by BR w/parts by Tech report within the Service group has been updated due to issues with the date range specified. 

Print Final Invoice 

  • The TMHU Export functionality has been updated to display the full comments specified by the user in a work order. 

Labor Ticket Entry

  • The issue that was not clearing the Total Hours after posting has been addressed. 



Enhancements


Parts

  • The On Hand quantity for the Build Part # specified in a work order will now be updated when the Expense Code used to invoice a document has the Build Part checkbox set to true. To properly execute the Build Part process, users must ensure that both the Build Part # and Build Quantity parameters are specified in the Add’l Info tab.

Purchase Order

  • The Internal and Vendor reports have been updated to print the Misc and Equipment details in the same order as they are displayed on their respective tabs. Additionally, the Parts details are now sorted according to the order specified in the Purchase Order Print Option section.

Invoicing

  • Users can now multi-select invoice details in the Parts, Labor, Misc, Equipment, Rental, and Flat Rates tabs using Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click. 

  • The Delete functionality has been enhanced to support the removal of multiple items at once.

  • The Transfer WO feature now allows the transfer of multiple items between work orders.

  • All action buttons are displayed at the top of the grid and will be enabled or disabled based on the selection, except for the Add button, which remains active.

  • The grid on each of the mentioned tabs above will default to 30 items per page.
