Customer Profile Definition Guide
The customer profile section is where you can quickly view information related to a specific customer record.
Customer #: A field to enter the Customer ID you would like to search for.
Sales: Displays sales data per department for the selected customer.
Equipment: Display Equipment records owned by the selected customer record or related Ship to Customer records.
Company Comments: A section to view or add comments related to the customer record.
Ship-To: Here is where you can view all the Ship To Accounts associated with that customer record.
Quotes: Ability to Display Open, Accepted, or Canceled Quotes. Related to the customer record.
AR (Accounts Receivable): Displays the customer's current accounting standing and open transactions.
