Enhancements
Introduced configurable inactivity settings at both global and tenant levels, empowering tenant administrators to define custom inactivity parameters. Additionally, implemented new logic to notify users of ongoing maintenance or upgrades and restrict system access during these periods.
Dispatch
The Dispatch module has been enhanced to deliver the following improvements:
- Optimized responses when loading data across individual tabs.
- Expanded filtering options, including Van/Mechanic, multiple Branches and Departments, as well as various grid columns.
- Improved capabilities to show or hide columns, adjust column widths, and retain those settings.
- Additional columns now display Secondary Van/Mechanic and Salesman values per document.
- Enhanced drag-and-drop functionality for column ordering.
- A redesigned user interface offers improved space utilization within each tab.
- Introduced the ability to re-dispatch multiple items within the BO Parts tab.
- Improved process for assigning a Secondary Mechanic to documents.
- Implemented new color coding for "On Site" and "C.O.D" documents across different tabs.
- Added new views in the Schedule tab, enabling users to visualize events by Month, Week, Day, and List.
- Enabled drag-and-drop functionality for events within the Schedule tab.
- The Open Date Sort By option has been divided into two new sorting choices: Open Date Ascending and Open Date Descending.
- Addressed and resolved reported bugs across each tab.
Notifications
- Notification support has been added for email and SMS channels.
- Users and customer contacts can now select their preferred notification method (email or SMS) for:
- Sales Document Created
- Sales Document Invoiced
- Activity Assignment
- Notifications can be changed in the user profile section if there is no access to the User module.
- Unsubscribe options are available for both email and SMS notifications.
- The new Notification Center in Administration enables customization of default notification templates for these categories.
- SMS Logs can now be managed through a dedicated module under File.
Invoicing
- Work orders can now be dispatched directly from the Service 1 tab.
- Services can be invoiced in foreign currencies. The sell price will be recalculated and applied when adding the service. Invoice reports now display amounts in the selected foreign currency, without requiring a conversion rate.
- The Quote to Order function has been enhanced to improve credit check handling. Quotes will be routed for credit approval prior to order conversion.
Parts
- Enhanced Price Disc to speed up part detail loading.
AR Deposit
- Updated the post logic to consider currency exchange transactions due to invoices with currency type setup.
Customer
- Added a control to prevent contacts from being removed if a portal user is associated with it.
Equipment and Purchase Order
- Enhanced the process of retrieving details to optimize timing.
Customer Portal Users
- Enhanced the portal user creation process to ensure that each user is consistently associated with a customer's contact.
- Introduced functionality allowing contacts to be created directly from the portal user creation page.
Email Logs
- Adjusted logs for accurate system tracking.
Print Final Invoice
- Added improvements in the TMHU export function when exporting with no sections.
Issues Resolved
Mobile
- Resolved an issue that was preventing mobile users from requesting equipment creation with a missing Meter Reading parameter.
AR Deposits
- Resolved an internal server error when selecting a customer with currency type via the magnifying glass option.
Invoicing
- Fixed Currency Type not populating for customer invoices with currency settings.
- Corrected imbalance error when closing invoices with currency type configured.
Technician Time Management
- Fixed report error when filtering the grid by multiple Van/Mechanic selections.
Reports
- Resolved an issue with the Invoice Register By Writer report in the Sales group, ensuring that the retrieved data now corresponds to the requested date parameter.
Self Service Query
- Fixed Preview and Query Results not returning correct data when filters had two groups with an OR clause.
- Resolved inconsistencies in count results for executed queries.
