3.0 AR Statement Updates in Softbase 3.16

This article will cover updates that were made to the AR Statement in Softbase 3.16

Updates

The following updates were made to the AR Statement in Softbase 3.16

1. The name of the Report was updated to Statement of Account
2. The Column Headers were moved to below the Customer Information.  
3. A new Legend and Type were added to identify whether the Invoice was an Invoice, Credit, Payment, Deposit or Adjustment.  
4. All Invoices that have the same Apply To Invoice that don't sum to 0 will be grouped together and you will be able to see all the invoices and a subtotal of the balance owed on that Invoice.  
   1. They will be grouped in the Month of the oldest Effective Date of the Invoices grouped together.  
5. A new Aging Bucket of Not Due yet was added.
