Evolution Activity Updates
- For Evolution users, the home page has been refactored to replace the recent activity list with EVO activities assigned to the current user
- Selecting an activity from the list navigates the user to an activity detail page which contains additional information about the activity
- On the activity detail page, users can Add/Edit/Delete Evolution Activity comments provided they have the appropriate permissions
- These are new permissions in a section called Activity Comments.
Time Management
- Added Total Hours display at the top of the page which shows the total hours listed for the selected date
Completion Requirements
- Added support for requiring a Comment for WO Completion when configured in Evolution
- This is a yes or no option that can determine whether the Work Order must have comments on it before completing it on the Mobile App.
- Added support for Mobile Service Picture Requirements configured in Evolution
- The setup in Evolution allows a Dealer to setup to require how many pictures are required, and if it is for all Work Orders or for specific customers and/or specific Invoice Types in order to complete the Work Order on the Mobile App.
- These above options are controlled by the setup in Evolution on the Global Settings Tab on the Mobile Service Page that can be accessed via the Administration section under Settings
Equipment Selection
- A user will now be able to select Equipment records that are tied to the Ship To Customer as well as all Equipment that is tied to the Bill To Customer of the Ship To Customer on the Work Order when using the Mobile App.
Inspection Page
- If an Inspection has been saved on a Work Order on the Mobile App if the user leaves the Inspection Page and goes back to it the Inspection that was saved will be selected by default.
Issues Resolved
- Additional fixes for Localization issues for Time Pickers on both the Labor Edit page and the Time Management page
- Fixed some memory leaks throughout the app to reduce crashes
- Fixed a display cut off issue on Inspection page for tablets
- Added a retry strategy when uploading Recap and Inspection PDF documents
- Added a notification when certain uploads fail during the Multi-Signature process when uploading in bulk, with an option for the user to try uploading each document one at a time
- Fixed an issue where the image upload page was blank on iOS devices
- Fixed a time zone issue for the Time Management page
- Fixed an issue on settings page where URL entry could be pushed below keyboard
