Enhancement
Record 360
Evolution is now integrated with Record360, allowing users to import data from the Record360 into Evolution.
Company
To enable the integration, users can enter their Record360 credentials in the Login tab under Company settings.
Invoicing
A new Record360 tab has been added to the Invoice Detail page. From this tab, users can:
View and manage files from Record360.
Choose which files to attach to the invoice document. Once attached, these files are automatically linked to the Serial # associated with the order in Service 1.
Equipment
Files linked via Record360 will be visible in the Photo tab of the corresponding equipment record, providing easy access to visual documentation.
Document Center
Files attached to the invoice # and Serial # via Record 360 can be visible in the Invoice/WO and Equipment tabs.

AP Invoice Entry
New controls have been added to prevent users from posting AP Invoices with missing required information when distributions added from the PO Import function are linked to AR accounts. Users can see the AR # and Customer cells highlighted in red.
Activity
Users now have the ability to add, edit, and delete comments within an activity, enabling better collaboration and tracking of information.
This will go along with an upcoming Softbase Service Mobile App release to allow Technicians to see activities and comment back on them while they are in the field and communicate to users in the office.
Invoicing
A new validation has been added to prevent the creation of documents with missing Serial # or Unit # information caused by delayed data loading.
The second magnifying glass option for searching equipment by Unit # has been upgraded to include all matching equipment, regardless of whether it is Customer Owned or Internally Owned. In the search results, Internally Owned units are now visually highlighted to help differentiate them from Customer Owned units.
Customer
A new tab for handling general comments has been added to the customer setup page.
The Tracking function has been updated to manage the history of the General Comments parameter within the new tab: General Comments.
Notification Center
Notifications that are sent by functions using background jobs, have been improved to consider the user’s time zone.
Reports
The AR Aging Detail by Branch report within the AR group has been updated to return data as the other AR Aging Reports.
The Sales Report within the Accounting group has been improved for better responses when printing it.
Issues
Invoicing
The GM Billing logic has been fixed due to an issue that was preventing the document for the last billing period to be created.
Dispatch
The issue with the item selection that was causing documents getting dispatched incorrectly has been resolved.
Journal Entry
Depreciation Setup
The issue users were facing when creating a depreciation due to blank spaces in the Serial # value has been addressed.
Sale Code
The Customer Sale checkbox has been updated to fix an issue that was causing an incorrect setup. Customer Sale and Automatic Expense Code checkboxes are now exclusive.
