1. To change the status of completed work order to not completed. Navigate to the dispatch program and click the work complete tab.
2. Select the line item for the work order you need to update the status of.
3. Uncheck the check box next to the date under the complete field.
4. Click "Update".
The work order will then move back to the dispatched status and be available for the technician to access from the mobile app.
